If you have a question about your Accommodations, we may contact the Hotel Provider and ask them to handle your request. If payment is not made during the booking process through the dream-apartments.gr website, we will forward your credit card details to the relevant Hotel Provider for further processing (given that you provided us with these details during the booking process). In the event of a reservation-related dispute, we may provide the Hotel Provider with information about the reservation process as necessary to resolve the dispute.
