In order to complete your booking, we transfer the relevant booking details to the Hotel Provider with whom you have booked. Depending on the Booking and Hotel Provider, this may include your name, contact and payment details, the names of guests traveling with you and any preferences or other information you set when making the Booking. If you have a question about your Accommodations, we may contact the Hotel Provider and ask them to handle your request. If payment is not made during the booking process through the website, we will forward your credit card details to the relevant Hotel Provider for further processing (given that you provided us with these details during the booking process). In the event of a reservation-related dispute, we may provide the Hotel Provider with information about the reservation process as necessary to resolve the dispute. This may include a copy of your booking confirmation as proof that the Booking has actually been made.
