DREAM APARTMENTS is located on the beach of Limnionas Messapion in Evia, which is the nearest beach to the Aegean from Athens or Chalkida.
Limnionas is an awesome beach of the Aegean overlooking the endless blue, the Sporades and Skyros.
What makes the T/A something special is the awesome sea view, the huge balconies, the inexpensive parking we have for our customers and of course the easy access, via a paved road on three sides, for the rented our rooms. Of course: we do not talk about the obvious such as TV, aircondition, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi etc. We have extra kitchen for families who choose our quadruple apartments.
Our priority is cleanliness by observing all the special protocols of sanitary content based on which the tourist accommodation operates against the coronavirus COVID - 19.
For anyone who does not know the distance and the route from Psachna, Limnionas is 30 km away. The route is fantastic, because it crosses a fir tree with its strong and pleasant smell.
The general picture of the area is mountains overgrown with wild forest and sea of the Historic Aegean. There are many interesting things, such as swimming in very clean adjacent beaches of (I Katounia, Akti, Peteli, etc.). For anyone who is organized, he can do diving, fishing, mountaineering, cycling and walking in three directions, Hagia Sophia where you will find local honey, katounia where you will find good food, possibly Aegean fish. Finally on the beach of Limnionas there are taverns with food of the hour and cooked, made from local and ecological products of the area.
The history of the area is lost in the depths of the millennia with the last reference to Constantine the Great and his mother Eleni who built the 999th Church of Hagia Sophia. According to the oral tradition of the elders, they say that returning from Palestine, where he had gone for excavations, the weather conditions forced St. Helen and her entourage to find refuge in Limnionas. When the bad weather stopped and they decided to leave on the ship carrying the Holy Heirlooms, they could not raise the anchor. At that time, Agia Eleni prayed and promised that she would build a church if all goes well, as she did, she built the 999th in Limnionas and the thousandth in Chiliadou.
Today this church does not exist because it was destroyed by a terrible flood about 500 years ago according to the oral reports of the elders…
